A very refreshing idea. Treat people humanely with a good system of entry. The flip side could be to enforce our existing laws on employers who hire illegals and take advantage of cheap wages. Illegals try to sneak in bacause they know greedy American businessmen will hire them. We should remove that incentive, not by expelling illegals but by punishing employers. They are the ones encouraging Illegals to skirt the law.
