All sounds great, except you'd have to live in Texas. Remember the utility fiasco last winter. How about the flooding, hurricanes, and now bounty hunters. Come Texas and get COVID, live free, but don't forget to strap on your six-shooter in case you run into banditos at the grocery store. California is well worth the price.
