As to #5, I'd make mail-in voting available nation wide. Mail-in voting was the reason for the improved voter turn-out in 2020. A voting week is better than a day, but mail-in voting eliminates the polling place shenanigans and waiting in line. That some states purposefully create situations where voting requires standing in line all day is reason enough.
