Bingo! We need a plan to reduce the population to 1960 level, three billion instead of eight billion. Every woman gets voucher good for one child, use it, sell it, or trade it. Or we go to ten or twelve billion and all die together. We need to face that fact that we do not adequately care for the population on Earth right now.
