During my time in education schools usually had one staff member who was the go-to for computer related tech problems. A typical call would be something like, "All I have this morning is a black monitor, my computer is dead." After a quick visit I use all my skills to determine that the monitor and computer were "unplugged" by the carpet cleaners the previous night."
