Ian, Fiona, Teddy, Laura, Isaiah, Karen, Dorian, Beryl, and Maria all landed in Puerto Rico in the last five years. Four huge storms in the ’20s so far and 21 devastating storms in the ’10s, but by all means, rebuild it again.
