Great article. It seems a lot like keto, but I don't find the word keto anywhere. What you recommend seems more like the modified keto I follow. Unlike keto, I don't go our of my way to add fat like coconut oil to my coffee. Primarily I eliminate all simple carbs and eat primarily vegetable, nuts and meat, with a heavy emphasis on fish. I especially like the little canned one, sardines, herring and mackerel as these little guys have a short lifespan so they don't have time to absorb as much mercury as the bigger fish like tuna. A can of sardines makes a great addition to a Caesar salad. Mackerel can be formed into a tasty fish patty by adding an egg, almond flour and whatever seasonings you like. I add, Parmesan, onion powder, garlic powder salt and cayenne. Herring by the way, is marketed as sardines under the Brunswick label. In addition to being a good source of protein and omega 3’s, they are sustainable and very economical..
