Great questions. Made me conjure up some questions I should have asked and recorded the answers for public school teachers.

"When I send a student to the office for unrelenting disruptive behavior, what response can I expect from the site administrator?"

" When a parent enters my classroom ranting and raving about some perceived slight to little Johnny who refuses to do any work and never stops talking, what will be the principal's response."

When a parent attacks me on social for some problem or concern that she has never mentioned to me or the school administration, how will the district handle that?

My wife and I are both retired teachers. Two of our kids presently hold public school teaching positions. These are real concerns that happen all too frequently. The last one just happened to my daughter who's a kindergarten teacher. Fortunately she had a wise administrator who immediately phoned the parent and requested her presence.
