I call bullshit. I owned an operated a three store retail business for 34 years. I can't remember a thing a single administration did that had any effect on my business. Through the ups and downs and assorted recessions the government made no difference. Plus small business still had the benefits of Trump's tax cuts. But yeah, I'm sure everything is Biden's fault.
