I discovered Medium as a great place to read. I spend more time reading here than any other venue and I subscribe to the New York Times and I get a local paper and the San Francisco Chronicle delivered every day. But I consistently find more interesting articles here that anyplace else. I read here every day.

I found I enjoyed the interaction of commenting on articles and finally after several years I've decided to write. I don’t understand what all the whining and complaining is about. I do get a kick out of the farewell letters, the spiteful exit pieces—hello, do you think anybody really cares?
