I had both knees replace in the same surgery about ten years ago, I'm 69. One knee is balky as hell, but I'm not anxious for another surgery. Lately my hips ache and my shoulders. All I can do is keep moving, keep walking. I wish 70 was the new 60. I find myself pining for a young agile body.
