I had the opposite experience. My son and daughter-in-law became enamored with Tucker Carlson. They recommended "Ship of Fools" to another son who passed it on to me. I made the mistake of writing a chapter by chapter repudiation of Carlson's ideas. We haven't spoken in several years.
