I liked the bottom up approach. Nominating your best local person to represent your group at the next higher council. As opposed to wealthy individuals spending tons of money to get our attention.

Democracy works great if you have caring representatives, we don't. It seems are reps are in it for personal gain. Voltek's plan would fix that.
