…to our extreme partisan rancor and to our entrenched belief that the U. S. is a uniquely wonderful, exceptional nation that is somehow ‘above the fray’, above most of the socio-political nastiness and turmoil that afflict many other nations.
America isn’t “Exceptional,” it’s Arrogant. And IT — Fascism — IS Happening Here.
