I suppose I should not be here as a guy, but I'm 69 too. I don't worry about my hair because it was gone long ago. I never have to go the the barber anymore. My beard turned white so I sort of look like Santa Claus. But at least my wife likes me and I'm sort of fond of her too. But I ache a lot of the time. And getting out of a low chair kind of sucks. I avoid ground level projects because it's a pain in the ass to get back up. I walk a lot. I eat healthy food, but I have a life-long tendency to put on weight. Mentally I love my age, physically not so much. Tessa just keep moving and eat more fish. There must be great fish available in Portugal. Sardines tossed in a Caesar salad is my favorite lunch.
