I was hoping the government of take over for three time felon Pacific Gas and Electric, but no, it appears they can continue to defer repairs and reward shareholders even as the burn down entire towns and still gouge ratepayers in California. I'm not hopeful for low electric rates. PG&E is also trying to claw back all the benefits of rooftop solar.
