I wouldn't count on big business to lift a finger. Go to a bank or supermarket, there's always some guy chatting away with a clerk or teller, no mask. Was the person asked to leave, no. Warned about coming back without a mask, no. When asked about the contradiction between store signs (Mask Required for Entry) and unmasked customers, "Oh, no, we can't even mention it." Nothing is ever to get in the way of profit, certainly not long term planning and consideration for ending the pandemic.
