It's not his choice to give away the tax revenue that is owed to the government. If these wealthy individuals paid their taxes there would me funds for the common good. He has no right to decide that. Not that I'm pleased with the way the government spends our tax dollars. Maybe we should all be free to fund our pet projects rather than pay taxes.
