Most school districts could use one school like this, a residential program, that would be a sea-change to the child's regular home environment. A place that's somewhat scary and intimating from the outside looking in, but a safe environment of structure, discipline and physical activity. A working farm could make a great learning environment. Up at dawn with basic chores and exercise, hands on learning in animal care and feeding, farming, and all the teachable skills that are need on a farm.
