My son picked up his culinary skills while working in the kitchen of a local Italian restaurant. He makes great pizza crust too. If you like working with dough you will probably enjoy baking bread.
I've broken every step of the process down here:
This is a very healthy loaf of bread, all whole wheat flour. Love experimenting with flour. I have recently used dark rye and pumpernickel flours.
