Never. As usual, they are well off the mark. CRT in the most basic form asks that we don't ignore 335 years of slavery and segregation. CRT claims that the history of mistreatment of people of color has tainted all of our institutions with systemic racism that affects people of color on a daily basis. It says nothing of evil white children.

I just researched it for myself, maybe Fox News should pull their heads out and try a bit of research instead of making it up as they go along.
