Since the trickle down tax cutters took charge in the mid '80s the top bracket has never been above 40%. That's not working. There is no way our system can sustain the wealthy .1% reaping 196 times the income of the bottom 90%. That's why the middle class is suffering. That's why people are living on the trickle down scraps. That's why there are so many homeless.
