Snarky indeed. We need national health care, but in the US that's condemned as socialism. Unfortunately, that attitude precludes many fine programs the rest of the world takes for granted. Well, nobody should be looking to the US for leadership anymore, because we don't have any. We are drifting as a nation while our two parties happily remain in deadlock. I believe in Great Brittan that would call for dissolving the government and calling for new elections.
