Tax away. Tax cutting has been in vogue since Reagan in the '80s. The top-tier tax bracket ranged from 63 percent to 92 percent from 1932 to 1981. If we had maintained proper taxation of the wealthy we would not be so deeply in debt today. Instead, we got Reagan's trickle-down economics. Pamper the rich and the rest of us get the drip, drip, drip of trickle-down econ.
