That makes two of us. In the link I sent I laid out a plan for downsizing the population and energy use. In an article, I read today the writer said he would be glad to see gas a $7 per gallon. That would cause people to conserve. But the wealthy get off cott-free. I'd rather see WWII-style gasoline rationing that affects everybody across the board. In my plan, I distribute coupons to everyone eighteen and older. Driver or not. If you are poor and don't have a car, you now have a resource to sell. We meet our global targets no matter who uses the coupons. The same with energy. Humans, one child voucher per woman, use, sell it, trade it. But now I leaning to an even more equal approach. One-half coupon per human. Team up or buy a half coupon and raise a child on your own.

I'll dream on, at 70 not much will reach me anymore, but I sure wonder for my 10 grandkids.
