The siren call of EV, EV, EV is everywhere. It matters not that we do not have the grid to support it or that over 60 percent of our electricity is generated by fossil fuels. Every year the global demand for electricity increases, yet new renewable installations fail to even keep pace with the annual increase. We are in dire need of long range planning, instead we get short term marketing.
