We are almost there, only instead of pitchforks it's AK-47s. Our democracy is a wreck. I believe it's because our primary system does not promote good leaders, instead it promotes party favorites. I quit the Dems after the party rejected a good man in Bernie Sanders for a political hack in Hillary Clinton.
