We have a huge defiance budget, but the real war is being fought in cyberspace. Illicit representatives of foreign governments flood social media with self-serving propaganda. This is not a war fought with boots on the ground, but with our best and brightest minds waging war in cyberspace. We need to quadruple our efforts.

The next 9/11 will not involve airplanes crashing into buildings, but a much more crippling attack on our computer controlled infrastructure. The targets are many and poorly guarded, banking, our electric grid, our water supply or perhaps out technology laden vehicles.
