What in the hell do you think it's going to take to stop climate change? Do you believe that ANYONE will voluntarily cut back anything. We need some sort of rationing. This sounds like a good start to me. You can wine and cry about it or embrace it and make the best of it. This is a war, there will be sacrifice.
