Yeah, they stole all the reserves and now that SS needs to draw on the reserves they don't want to pay it back. Because of lack of action of the government to support and important program it needs to draw on the reserve. Since the government stole all the reserves paying it back comes out of the budget.

The fact that SS was self-funded and never part of the budget is lost on our so-called representatives.
